William R. Nordbruch
 Wil Nordbruch has two titles at CFL Mortgage. He is our Loan Coordinator and is also a licensed Loan Officer. Wil recently got into the mortgage business, working previously at a law firm here in Greensboro. He started at CFL solely as a Loan Coordinator, but has shown an ability to learn quickly and work efficiently. Wil is in the process of making the transition to becoming a Loan Officer full-time with CFL.
Though he grew up in Browns Summit, Wil now calls Greensboro home. He enjoys living in Greensboro for the conveniences, entertainment and excitement of the city, but loves the fact that he is just minutes away from the countryside where he grew up. This proximity to his family is important to Wil because he has a close relationship with all of his family members, even his brother who now lives in Boston.
Outside of work, and aside from his family, Wil enjoys the outdoors, particularly swimming, tennis, hiking and mountain biking. He also enjoys reading (when he is able to find time), dining out with friends and traveling, especially to warm climates!
Wil has infectious excitement and a strong work ethic. He’s someone that is able to light up the room with his smile when he walks in and always has a positive attitude.
