Jennie Waugh I was born and grew up in Asheboro, NC in a very close family. Growing up I was the youngest of three...and the only girl. Having two rambunctious older brothers, my parents enrolled me in Kung Fu classes.... to learn how to protect and defend myself. I also played sports but mostly enjoyed being at home and playing outside. My family was into old hot rods and restoration ......so growing up I learned a lot about cars and speed! After high school I worked in accounting for nine years. Seven of those years were in banking and the bulk of that in the Mortgage Division. I found I was most passionate in talking with customers and helping make their dreams of home ownership possible. I decided I wanted to work directly with home buyers full-time; so, I took some classes to enhance my abilities, aced the exam and got my mortgage lending license. I am truly ecstatic about joining CFL Mortgage. They have reintroduced exceptional customer service into the marketplace; a concept that seems to have recently gone by the wayside. I knew after meeting with Mike and going through the systems and core values of CFL Mortgage, the company would be a perfect fit with my new career goals.
When I am not working, I enjoy being with my husband, Phillip, on our boat; or just hanging out at home. We live in the country...in Liberty, NC so we like to be outdoors and stay active. We enjoy playing volleyball, ping pong and riding trails on the four wheelers. Of course we love spending time with family and friends, and we're both animal lovers. We have three dogs...two big huskies and a tiny chihuahua....who thinks he's big! We are members of the Good Ole Volks in Greensboro, which is a club for Volkswagen enthusiasts. We have a 1956 VW Beetle. It's our hobby car and we love restoring it together. As you may have guessed...I love to dabble in a little bit of everything from - skydiving to decorating houses; I love life and want to live as much as I can!
