Brian J. Malboeuf
 Brian grew up in Rochester, NY. His family always had a boat on Lake Ontario, so he developed a love for being on the water and enjoys water activities such as boating, skiing, riding jet skis and sailing. In the colder months, he played ice hockey. After high school, he came to Greensboro to attend UNCG. Brian has come to love the area and is happy to now call the Triad his home. He got into the mortgage industry in 2003 directly out of college, and went to work for a broker. Although he was quite successful being a broker, he realized he had a desire to be on the banking side of lending. Having done his first home mortgage, Mike kept in touch with Brian, and after several discussions, Brian joined the team as a Mortgage Consultant with CFL in May of 2006.
 Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his family. He and wife Monica have two boys, Carter and Cameron, who keep them very busy (not to mention a lab puppy, Maddie). Brian also coaches soccer, loves to golf, and enjoys cooking (grilling especially). On the weekends he can usually be found washing and waxing his car, a task for some, but he finds it relaxing. He’s also Yankees fan, but we don’t hold that against him too much at CFL because other than that, he’s a really good guy!
