Betsy ShearerBetsy Shearer is the Client Service Manager at CFL Mortgage.  Traditionally, the title of this position in the mortgage business is “loan processor”.  At CFL, we changed this title to emphasize the importance of customer service in our company.  Accordingly, Betsy’s responsibilities entail much more than the standard responsibilities of similar positions in the industry.  Betsy executes the majority of our loan in-process touch points.  These touch points are part of what sets CFL apart from other mortgage companies, and are vital to keeping all parties in the loan process informed of the loan’s progress from underwriting to closing.  Having worked in the mortgage industry for over 15 years (in both the wholesale and retail arenas), Betsy not only provides excellent customer service but knows the mortgage industry in and out.  

Outside the office, Betsy enjoys reading, studying psychology, watching documentaries, and listening to live music at venues throughout Greensboro.
