CFL Client Appreciation At CFL Mortgage we put people first. We call it 'Client for Life' Service; it's the foundation on which our company was built and it just makes sense. We value our clients because they are the reason we have a job now and we hope that their repeat business and referrals will secure our jobs for the future. A couple of ways we show our appreciation to our clients is through our Monthly Client Appreciation Drawings and our Semi-Annual Client Appreciation Events. Monthly DrawingsWe send an annoucement of each month's drawing via email to our current and past clients. Past prizes include: Lobster Dinners, an iPod Nano, two $100 gift certificates to Regal Cinemas, handmade Adirondack chairs, a family photo session, six months of free car washes, six $50 gift certificates to the Honeybaked Ham Store, a full day pass for two at US National Whitewater Center, SpaFinder Gift Certificates...and the list goes on. It's pretty eclectic but we like to vary the prizes to encompass many areas of interest. If you are a current or past client that is not receiving these emails, please

your updated contact information to ensure your name is on the list. Semi-Annual EventsClients that hold Preferred Status at CFL receive an invitation to our semi-annual client appreciation events. These clients are ones that have financed or re-financed a home with us in the last year, or have ever referred business to our company. We host these free events in the spring and fall of each year. For the last two years our spring event has been held at the Greensboro Grasshoppers Stadium in Downtown Greensboro, NC. We have an all-you-can-eat cookout and enjoy an evening of baseball with our clients. We have such a good time catching up with our clients and their families at the ballpark. Our fall event takes place at one of the Piedmont area Haunted Attractions. We invite our clients and a guest to get spooked with us and take in the crisp autumn air as they brave the spooks and spirits in the woods in and around Greensboro.
