Company History
CFL Mortgage is locally owned and operated, based out of Greensboro, NC. Since opening our doors, we have provided millions of dollars of financing for families throughout North and South Carolina, where we lend. We are a mortgage banker, which means that we control the loan process, from application to closing, so we have more flexibility than brokers and more loan options than traditional banks. CFL is an acronym for Client For Life, which is the type of service we strive to provide to each and every client we serve. Our goal at CFL Mortgage is to “WOW” each client by providing an outstanding experience. This is important to us for a couple of reasons. First off, we love what we do! We truly care about every life we touch, and want to do a good job and make the loan process as stress-free as possible. The second reason we strive to impress our clients is, They are advocates for our business! We know that the best way to get business is referrals from people who have done business with us and trust us. So we know that by providing a great experience for our clients, they will in turn refer us to their friends, family and co-workers, and call us each and every time they need to refinance or are in need of new mortgage financing.
What Makes CFL Unique?
So how are we different than other mortgage companies, you ask? First of all, we are mortgage planners. We look at your mortgage as an investment vehicle, not just a necessary evil! We take all of your financial goals and objectives and place them into a loan product that works for you. Whether your objective is to have the lowest payment possible, pay off your mortgage quickly, save for your children’s college, or save for retirement. Another thing that makes us different is the experience you have. You are never kept in the dark about the progress of your loan. We make great strides to keep you, and everyone involved in the transaction, up to speed with our in-process “touch point” system. Thirdly, we’re different because we keep up with you. We monitor your rate and loan program quarterly through our Rate Watch service. This ensures that you are in the loan program with the best rate and terms for your situation at any point in time. We acknowledge and reward referrals from our clients, and hold yearly Client Appreciation Events as a “Thank You” to our clients and business partners.
